Flush casement windows

Flush casement windows.

Flush casement windows are particularly suited to period properties especially those governed by conservation legislation.

Flush casements made in Timber.

Typically we make our windows in Harwood such as Sapele or Iroko. This gives a good finish in either paint or stain with a long lifespan. We also manufacture Accoya Casement windows that are extremely durable, dimensionally stable, uv resistant and from sustainable sources.

All our casement windows are made giving the traditional look whilst combing modern features such as double glazing, friction, hinges, state of the art multi point locking mechanisms and vented beading systems.

Double glazing.

The windows are typically glazed using  24mm dgu’s that are gas filled as standard on all our timber windows and fitted with a warm edge super spacer. The glass that we use is low e allowing passive solar gain and reduces the warm air leaving the building. Depending on window style we generally use a vented beading system allowing airflow around the units and moisture to escape.

Alternatively they can be manufactured traditionally and receive single glass.

We make and install timber flush casement windows in and around the Yorkshire area Including York, Harrogate, Leeds, Doncaster, Sheffield and Wakefield.

A full range of hardware is available to compliment your timber windows and the timber casements are pre finished in house so there is no need for decorators on site after installation. All our flush casement windows are painted or stained using a three coat micro porous paint system from Teknos with a full range of British standard colours available.
